The walking boots are lightweight very comfortable and look good .I'm very pleased with them and excellent price .

After finding some faults on my new mountain bike after it’s first ride i I called the Go Outdoors number who immediately suggested to take it to the nearest store. I took it to Bangor store, not the one I had originally collected it new from.
Jason at the cycle section fixed my crank arm and hydraulic brakes and fixed a few other things he found that needed attention.
The service was great and Jason’s attitude and product knowledge were excellent

I was served by Georgia yesterday - only her second week but very helpful and friendly.

Served by Paris who was very helpful and friendly, don't buy on-line contiune to support shops like this plese.

Excellent service today, Leeann and Mark were very helpful.

Great to have Go Outdoors local. Brilliant store, got everything you need and more, with fantastic prices and offers. We were made up with what we got and the price. Till lady was really helpful and informative and we got a discount card. Well impressed, thanks!

Mirelle was brilliant at showing me how to erect a small tent that I bought. She took me through the gaps in the instructions, demonstrating how it works. I can now happily manage the tent.

On entering the store I approached 2 members of staff; Danny and Andrea. I asked them a lot of questions regarding gas and gas cylinder fittings for the Cadac Safari. They were really helpful in answering all my questions and happily collected the stock for me and took it to the till. It was a very pleasant experience and I am sure to return.
